The St. Francis School PTG sponsor volunteer activities and efforts enhance our educational environment and offer parents and guardians the opportunity to be directly engaged with our students.

Booster Parent Coordinators- These volunteers assist the Athletic Director in running the Booster Club. Duties include organizing ticket sales and scorer tables at home games as well as the scorer table at away games.

Enrichment- These volunteers help plan and organize extra-educational programs for students such as Rouge factory tour, Hands-On Museum visits, Chess Club, book club, Family Math Night and school-wide assemblies.

Entrance Décor- In March, these volunteers help decorate teachers and staff doors for teacher appreciation week in March.

Health Committee- Once every two years these volunteers bring in health professionals from the school parents and the community to work with students covering healthy habits like handwashing, teeth brushing, exercise, backpack weight, and healthy eating.

Lunch Program- This is a new committee who coordinates all lunch provider groups, such as sub lunch, and pizza lunch.

Newcomers- This committee helps and welcomes our new families and offers support at the Welcome Breakfast on September.

Office Help Coordinator- This volunteer works as needed for the school office, assembling materials after the morning drop-off or before the afternoon dismissal and in early August to ready packets for mailing.

Picture Day- In October, these volunteers organize students, complete forms and help photographers in any way needed.

Religion and Adoration- These volunteers plans, coordinates, and leads students in prayer at Adoration in front of the Blessed Sacrament two Thursdays a month.

Retirement Parties- These volunteers recognize our dedicated retiring staff with farewell party, gifts and recognitions.

Room Help Coordinator (Art)- In May, this volunteer helps coordinate the annual fabulous Mary Lou Daby Student Art Show. Throughout the academic year, this volunteer helps prepare and display art in the school and assists the art teacher in the art room on rotating Fridays for 1 hour .

Room Parent Coordinator (Elementary)- This volunteer assists elementary school teachers by organizing volunteer for special projects.

Room Parent Coordinator (Middle School)- This volunteer assists middle school teachers by organizing volunteer for special projects.

Staff Appreciation- These volunteers recognize our dedicated staff by providing lunches, holiday/birthday treats, or paper goods for staff meetings and events.

Uniform Resale- In June, these volunteers help with the used uniform sale; organizing clothes before, during and after the sale.

Used Book Sale-  In June, these volunteers help with the used books sale by organizing books before, during and after the sale.

Volunteer Coordinator- This volunteer assists in overall volunteer recruitment.
